The authorized officer may suspend the road license of such vehicle for a maximum period of six months if the following acts are committed:-
(a) If a passenger-carrying public vehicle is operated in contravention of section 102 of the Act,
(b) if the passenger vehicle carries goods (other than passenger baggage) and if the goods vehicle carries passengers,
(c) If a passenger-carrying public vehicle operates a transport service contrary to section 104 of the Act,
(d) If a public vehicle operates a transport service without obtaining a road license in accordance with section 75 of the Act,
(e) If the passenger vehicle does not remove the luggage carrier on the roof of the vehicle within thirty days of the coming into force of this rule.
